Walsh Community Update – March 2017
Excitement and anticipation build as we get closer to the unveiling of Walsh Development homes. Phase I Builders are Highland Homes, Toll Brothers, Village Homes, David Weekly and Drees. All have high architectural standards to ensure attractive streets with great aesthetic appeal. Buyers will choose their floor plan, elevation and architectural style – Colonial, Craftsman, Traditional, Transitional or Tudor. While we don’t know the exact pricing structure yet it is projected that 30-50 foot lots may start in the upper $200s – $300s. Custom builders will be announced at a later date. Custom builders for a future phase will be announced later for homes to be built on lots of up to an acre. These lots are expected to be over $1 million dollars.
The premier community will offer amenities including a 10,000 square foot exercise facility with daycare, pools, including a Junior Olympic sized pool, tennis and volleyball courts and a Makerspace for creating. An IT customer service center to support the advanced 2G+ speed internet service will be available to residents. You will have parks, gardens and miles of trails to support your healthy lifestyle. Events for residents will be offered throughout the year. The Walsh Elementary school will have the only STEM curriculum in Aledo ISD at this time and is scheduled to open this fall.
